I loved listening to, and receiving inspiration during this last General Conference. I felt like every single talk shared was meant especially for me. Unfortunately, I have never been able to say that before. However, with this last conference, I felt that not just one or two talks were meant for me but all of them were meant for me. The overall message that I received was that I needed to go back, and more fully attend the temple. This was an overwhelming and very powerful message for me. I had never felt that much illumination in all of my life.
Since General Conference, I am happy to say that I have received my Temple Recommend. I have visited the temple. I have performed work for my own dead, for the very first time. Those feelings from having done that are incredible. Tears of joy fell down my face. It's amazing. If you haven't been to the temple, or haven't been there in awhile, I encourage you to go. It's absolutely wonderful. The peace and love that you feel there is immense.
At any rate, I have created a little design to share with you from Elder Quentin L. Cook. I hope you love it, and can use it with your sisters that you visit this month. Thanks for visiting. I hope you come again to see my blog soon.

Spring is here in Utah! It's been raining all day today. It's been fun listening to the thunder, and also to the rain coming down. I love the smell of rain. It smells so good! Anyway, I chose to design this little Spring freebie for you. I wrote this out by hand, scanned and then took into my design software to color and design it. I hope you like it! Please remember that you may use it for personal use only! Thanks again!

Here in Northern Utah, flowers are blooming everywhere. It's so fun to see all the many colors that are starting to come out. Spring time is one of my most favorite times of the year. It's almost as if everything was starting over or anew. It's wonderful! Are flowers already blooming where you live?
As Cute As a Button Printables

It wasn't very long ago that my best friend delivered a set of twin babies. She had a boy and a girl. What a blessing this has been for her. She had waited so long to start a family, and finally did. Her twins are now a month old, and they are so adorable. I couldn't be any happier for her family.
Anyway, I thought it would be fun to design some little baby printables that would fit in any nursery. Here they are!
I've designed two freebies, a blue and a pink. They have been saved in an 8x10" format. These would definitely make a cute baby shower gift if printed and framed. Thanks for stopping by. I hope you come visit my blog again soon.

Mommy, I'm Bored

"Mommy, I'm bored!" is something that gets used a lot around here. The whining can become very annoying. To help eliminate this, I made a little jar full of suggestions and fun ideas to keep the kids entertained. I took an old glass jar, cleaned it out, taped the label to it, and placed the suggestions inside. When my kids saw it, they got really excited and had to try it out. They loved it!!
If you would like to grab a copy of this, you can. All you have to do is right click on the image, and select "save image as". I hope it's just as successful in your home as it is in mine.

Weekly Menu Planner

"Hey, what's for dinner?" That question gets asked a lot around here, especially when I haven't prepared a home cooked meal. When this happens, we usually throw something together quickly or get take out. After thinking about this, I've realized that this probably isn't the best idea... As a mom, I think it's best to have a "game plan". So I created a menu planner for my family to try out. Hopefully this will encourage us to eat meals that are much more healthier, and let all of us choose what we want to eat at each meal.
If you would like a copy of this menu planner, I have attached the image below. All you have to do is right click on the image, select "save image as", and it's yours to print and frame!

I thought it would be fun to start creating monthly Visiting Teaching Handouts to share with you. This next month's message is "Daughters of our Eternal Father". The last little while, I have felt down and out. When I came across these words, "We each belong to and are are needed in the family of God", it gave me the thought that I needed to somehow change my outlook and attitude. I kept this in mind while creating this little handout for you today. I have saved it as a 5"x7". I hope you like it, just as much as I do. Remember, just right click and select "Save Image As". Thanks for visiting. I hope you come back again soon!
Walk with Faith

Walking with faith can be a little challenging for me sometimes. I have been told several times that I am a "worry-wart", and have a hard time with caring too much about things that are out of my control. When it comes to stressful life circumstances, I've learned it's best to take things one day at a time. How do you cope when life throws you a curve ball? I would love to hear from you!

Hi, and welcome to my blog. My name is Jacque. I am a stay-at-home-mom to two beautiful little girls. I like to design things on my computer, and create little drawings here and there. I don't claim to be a great artist by any means, but thought it would be fun to share some of my little scribbles with you guys. Thanks again!!!
